SCD Consult is founded by Morten Petri Jensen in 2022 with the purpose of delivering independent consultancy services within production and quality management.
Our vision with SCD Consult is to create value for our customers by offering competent, experienced and independent support and advice to insure safe, efficient and sustainable processes. These services can range from solving minor very specific tasks to leading large and complex projects involving several parties.
In a close and confidential cooperation with our customers, we will help develop their business and achieve targets through addition of process know-how and technology knowledge.
Many companies experience frequently new challenges. These can arise from an internal desire or need for improvements as well as requirements from the world around us. SCD can help all the way by translating requirements, clarifying and specifying the projects and by implementing the solutions. We believe in a very simple statement for success: “…It must be easy to do it right”. This means that the solutions we develop must be intuitive, safe and effective to use for the people involved. We call this Sustainable Concepts Development.
About myself
With a formal background in electronic engineering, I have since 1994 worked with technical development, production- and quality management on operational as well as on management and strategic level in international companies.
I have worked in small, midsized as well as in big companies and over the years gathered experience that I can use to create value for our customers. I have always enjoyed working “hands-on” and yet with a holistic approach to ensure that all changes are rooted throughout the organization.
I have over the years used the wide range of obtained competences within production and quality management to achieve goals that insures effective and competitive operations with an ongoing improvement culture. I believe in structured and data driven development and decision making to ensure the success of projects.
The last 16 years I have worked with production and quality management within premix- and feed production. I have worked with implementation of Best Practice across production sites and across borders to insure world class performance in production and quality.
